Also know that by purchasing a print, you are not throwing your hard earned dollars on a blown up image captured with the press of a button in less than a second. Instead, anywhere from 2 to 6 hours of work can be spent on creating each image. Photography involves not only long days in the field recording images, but also many hours in front of a computer screen editing those images to bring out all the emotion and beauty felt when it was captured. This care and attention to detail is what makes a work of art out of something that would otherwise be just a snapshot in time
